Other responsibilities include: Instills confidence via strong communication skills, experience, process management and market knowledge Provides exceptional, timely, and collaborative deal team support and client coverage to grow the Bank’s market share and deepen client relationships and overage. Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and implement processes and procedures to meet deal teamn and client expectations and ensure consistency Directly maintains and deepens relationships with the external market to keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics and pricing Ensures visibility of the Syndications team internally and externally Provides coaching to junior team members and lending teams on complex credit structures, availability of market liquidity/ appetite for the various structures and regarding closings. Opportunity to work on the largest transactions in Quebec and across Canada for all lines of business including Diversified Industries, Sponsor Finance, Real Estate, Asset Based Lending, etc. Qualifications: Typically 10 years of relevant lending experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
