PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Reporting to a Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager within the Project Management Office, this role is designed to support the Project Management team in the daily oversight and management of several multi-million-dollar projects at a time. This role works collaboratively with clients and with other internal departments, ensuring the on-time and on-budget delivery of various Energy Solutions projects.
SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in a first line management capacity, administering company policies, procedures, functions, and activities of the Energy Solutions department, to deliver established long- and short-range departmental objectives.
· Coordinate multiple projects with flexibility to respond to the customer and the Company’s requirements.
· Use sound project coordination and management techniques to oversee the required day-to-day activities of multiple projects under your portfolio.
· Manage the financial objectives of multiple projects based on the budgets and deliverables required
· Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction while balancing project financial goals.
· Provide training to our clients on the different measures and subcontractors on the delivery of the project.
· Assist in the Supervision and Coordination of all assigned energy and engineering initiative projects, as well as assist in preliminary and detailed energy studies development and delivery, energy solutions monitoring efforts and multi-disciplined engineering efforts related to our business.
· Provide facets of energy engineering, project coordination and technical support functions, including engineering support, design configurations, and various other tasks as assigned from time to time.
· Assist in the presentation of the proposed projects to existing and potential customers.
· Adhere to all Company and governmental safety standards. Maintain the highest degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.
