Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the execution of Purity Gas’
most valuable and technologically advanced engineered projects. Reporting to the
Manager, Engineered Projects, this role provides hands-on support across the
full project lifecycle - from planning and scheduling to delivery and
commissioning of Nitrocenter® nitrogen gas generation systems.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional to
grow into a leadership role in project management within a fast-growing,
high-tech industrial company.
Key Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Engineering, Project Management,
Industrial Technology, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, engineering, or
industrial operations (co-op/internship experience considered)
- Exposure to industrial manufacturing, engineered equipment, and process
systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and
externally with customers/suppliers
- Proficiency with MS Office / Google Documents, project management software
(e.g. Salesforce Taskray or similar), and ERP/MRP systems is an asset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Registered with PMI and working towards PMP designation
- Registered with PEO and working towards P.Eng. designation
- Experience with document control, corrective actions, and internal audits in
an ISO9001:2015 quality management environment
Work Conditions:
- Regular full-time hours (37.5 hours per week), 5 days per week
- Primary workplace location is the Purity Gas Headquarters in Ancaster,
Ontario; the company may offer infrequent work from home opportunities once
the new candidate is fully operational in their new role
- Travel to customer sites across Canada and USA will be required
intermittently
- Must be eligible for entry into the United States of America
