L&D Project work and responsibilities include: Sales Capability Development/Leadership: Assist in the design and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing sales team performance. Support leadership development initiatives by coordinating workshops, gathering feedback, and analyzing impact. Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and maintain learning materials. Cross Functional Partnerships: Work closely with teams across HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align learning initiatives with business goals. Participate in stakeholder meetings and help document learning needs and project updates. Contribute to the development of communication plans to promote learning programs. Training Platform Leadership and Onboarding: Help manage and optimize our learning management platform ensuring content is up-to-date and user-friendly. Support onboarding processes by creating engaging materials and tracking new hire progress. Build on the capability of the platform to enhance and address learning gaps Analyze platform usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. General L&D Projects: Contribute to ongoing L&D initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, learning campaigns, and performance support tools. Assist in project planning, execution, and reporting. Bring fresh ideas and a learner-centric mindset to help evolve our learning culture. Employee Development: Assist in the development, creation, delivery and evaluation of our Develop U Day affiliate learning plan for building sales force capability and personal development. Qualifications and Experience: Enrolled in University/ College program – ongoing and/or defined post-graduate internship as defined by academic program (Health Sciences (preferred), Business, blend of both disciples, or related discipline preferred). You must be a student returning to full time studies in the fall or required to complete a co-op/internship in order to fulfill a program requirement.
