The Position
We are looking for a full-time Support Worker to work at our Supportive Housing building. In this role, you will provide support and basic life skills to individuals facing multiple barriers. You will look out for the security and well-being of program participants and their living environment by providing crisis response, overdose response, and home support. You value genuine inclusivity and believe that we as a community, are ethically accountable for the health and wellness of all who live here.
Overview
Site: Supportive Housing
Hours: 160 hours every 4-weeks (with averaging agreement)
Shifts: 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am
Hourly Wage: $23.15 per hour plus $2.00 per hour overnight top-up
