Vancouver Animal Emergency and Referral Centre is currently hiring for a Reception Administration and Client Service to join our dedicated team at our 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital. Key responsibilities; Welcoming clients and patients in a warm, professional manner Managing check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling in our in-house schedule system; training provided Handling incoming calls through our multiline system Prioritize emails and client inquiries efficiently Coordinating communication between medical teams, specialty services and the referring community Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth administrative flow for standard operating procedures Supporting the team in delivering exceptional emergency and specialty care to our clients and patients Qualifications; 2+ years of experience as a receptionist or front desk in human or veterinary medicine.
