Are You Our Ideal Candidate?
Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, with a focus on customer service or operations.
Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in customer service—preferably within insurance, automotive, or collision repair industries.
Administrative Skills: 3–5 years of administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer service and administrative inquiries.
Coordinate communication between clients, insurance partners, and internal departments.

Support and educate staff on corporate policies and operational procedures.
Provide administrative support on special projects and assist in departmental reporting.
Uphold company policies, including Health & Safety, Quality, and Human Resources standards.
