Horaire de travail : du lundi au vendredi, de 6 h 30 à 15 h 00. Nous cherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) en entretien du bâtiment motivé(e) à apprendre et à évoluer dans une équipe dynamique. Dans ce rôle, vous allez installer, entretenir et réparer la machinerie, l’équipement, les structures physiques, la plomberie et les systèmes électriques, tout en respectant les normes réglementaires ainsi que les politiques et procédures de santé et sécurité de l’entreprise. Principales tâches et responsabilités Effectuer des tâches de maintenance préventive de base et de petites réparations sur tous les équipements mécaniques ayant un impact sur les opérations de l’installation, la structure physique et les terrains extérieurs, sous la supervision étroite de la direction. Effectuer des inspections de base du système de réfrigération, sous la supervision étroite de la direction. Effectuer la maintenance préventive de base sur l’équipement de manutention selon les directives du fabricant et de l’entreprise afin d’assurer un fonctionnement continu et sécuritaire, sous la supervision étroite de la direction. Utiliser des outils électriques et des équipements de soudure pour couper ou assembler des pièces métalliques. Utiliser les nacelles élévatrices motorisées et autres équipements de location, incluant leur inspection, calibration et entretien. Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée. Exigences minimales Avoir complété des cours dans une école de métiers ou avoir une expérience minimale dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants (un atout) : entretien de bâtiment, entretien d’équipement de manutention ou entretien de systèmes de réfrigération (ammoniac) Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience à effectuer des maintenances préventives routinières avec instructions et supervision. Être à l’aise avec l’utilisation et l’opération sécuritaire d’outils manuels et électriques. Connaissances informatiques de base. Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à prioriser le travail, avec de bonnes habiletés organisationnelles. Capacité à travailler dans des environnements à des températures allant jusqu’à -25 °C dans les sites de congélation, ou jusqu’à 37 °C dans les sites secs, tout en portant l’équipement de protection individuelle fourni par l’entreprise. Capacité à soulever un minimum de 23 kg (50 lb); le poids peut varier selon le site. Être à l’aise avec des niveaux de bruit variables, parfois élevés. Démontrer des connaissances et de l’expérience en travail en hauteur. Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout. Why Lineage?
