Role:
The Functional Analyst will be a detail oriented and collaborative member of our
team, playing a key role in optimizing our ERP, WMS, and MES systems. In this
dynamic position, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and
analyze business requirements, configure system functionalities, and support
data-driven decision-making through SQL reporting and EDI management.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document
functional requirements across ERP, WMS, and MES platforms
- Configure and support Syspro ERP modules and WMS/MES functionalities to meet
evolving business needs
- Design and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support
decision-making and operational visibility
- Manage and troubleshoot EDI transactions, ensuring seamless data exchange
with external partners
- Work closely with developers and system integrators to implement and test
system changes across ERP, WMS, and MES
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements in warehouse and
manufacturing operations
- Provide end-user training and support for system functionalities, including
ERP, WMS, and MES
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation efforts for all
supported platforms
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Syspro ERP (configuration, support, and
troubleshooting)
- Experience supporting or integrating WMS and/or MES platforms
- Solid understanding of EDI standards and workflows (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business
language
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP/WMS/MES implementations or upgrades preferred
- Familiarity with integration tools and middleware
- Knowledge of manufacturing or distribution industry processes
- Certification in Syspro, WMS, or MES platforms is a plus

$90,000 - $105,000 a year
