As Manager, Process Innovation, you will play a key role in advancing Dentalcorp’s strategic priorities by leading enterprise-level redesign initiatives, embedding best practices across our network of practices, and ensuring that measurable impact is sustained. In this role, you will Strategy Enablement Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities that align with corporate and departmental strategies. Support OKR execution by ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes. Validate Return on Investment through P&L reviews and maintain a structured pipeline of initiatives from ideation to sustainment. Develop and implement frameworks that strengthen execution discipline and ensure consistent value delivery across programs. Process Innovation & Business Transformation Lead enterprise-level business transformation and process improvement initiatives across practices and departments. Leverage complex data analysis to uncover inefficiencies, eliminate pain points, and improve operational performance. Translate enterprise methodologies into field-ready, practical solutions tailored for sustainable adoption. Design and lead end-to-end process redesign programs, embedding best practices and ensuring long-term results. Business Analysis, Analytics & Project Leadership Conduct advanced data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, scenario modeling) and apply insights to inform decision-making. Build business cases for transformation initiatives and pilot programs using financial modeling and ROI validation. Use analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) to create dashboards and reports that guide strategic decisions. Apply project management discipline when leading high-impact initiatives — ensuring structure, milestones, and measurable deliverables, but always within the broader mandate of process innovation and transformation. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment on solutions. Change Management Lead structured change planning and risk mitigation strategies to support adoption of new processes and systems. Assess organizational readiness and manage resistance through effective stakeholder engagement. Build communication and training plans to ensure new processes and systems are embedded and sustained. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. 5–7 years of experience in process innovation, continuous improvement, or business transformation. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent). Proven experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives and developing execution frameworks. Advanced Excel expertise (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, scenario modeling); experience with additional analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) is preferred. Strong facilitation, workshop leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Exceptional data-driven problem-solving ability with a track record of delivering measurable ROI. Growth mindset — open to feedback, continuous learning, and adapting to new challenges. Highly collaborative and accountable, with strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingualism in French is an asset.
