About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to join our team as an MDM (Master Data Management) Data Steward. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving data quality within our Enterprise Data Platform, supporting incident resolution, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure clean, accurate, and reliable data across the organization. What You’ll Do Monitor and maintain daily MDM (Accounts and Contacts) jobs, including issue identification and resolution. Execute daily data management activities and assess MDM processes/tools to recommend improvements. Assist with incident management and remediation of data issues. Support and/or perform testing (QA/UAT) for bug fixes, enhancements, and data issue remediation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data management procedures and timely resolution of issues. Act as a subject matter expert and provide “help desk” support to internal teams for MDM-related inquiries. Track KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and drive automation where feasible. Document data processes, methodologies, and tools for clarity and consistency. Contribute to demonstrations and presentations of MDM capabilities for stakeholders. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience with MDM solutions (preferably account/client/customer and contact). Strong understanding of MDM capabilities, features, and data governance principles. Experience in data analysis, data flow analysis, and data architecture principles. Working knowledge of ANSI SQL and relational databases. Preferred Qualifications Experience or knowledge of Semarchy (MDM), Postgres, Snowflake, and AWS. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as JIRA, GIT, or Jenkins. Strong troubleshooting skills for complex data issues across MDM, databases, or Snowflake. A continuous improvement mindset, with an ability to identify and implement process improvements. Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026 The hiring base salary range for this position is $62,600 - $86,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
