What You'll Do You’ll have the fulfilling opportunity to make a real impact in our clients’ lives, providing short-term counselling when they need support most. Our technology tools will enable you to reduce your administrative tasks so you can focus on what truly matters: fostering meaningful human connections. You will develop your clinical skills while working with a diverse and stimulating client base. How You Will Make an Impact: Adapting your interventions to fit your personal style, you will provide short-term counselling to a varied client base with diverse issues, through phone and video sessions; You will efficiently manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools that simplify note-taking; You will participate in team meetings and peer groups where open discussions are encouraged. What you bring: The ideal candidate is comfortable with a diverse client base and skilled in brief interventions. They are proactive, resourceful, and organized, valuing collaboration with colleagues. You hold a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field; You are a registered member in good standing with the OPQ or OTSTCFQ; You have at least five years of clinical experience; You can set short-term goals and use a solution-focused approach; You are empathetic and able to manage crisis or high-risk situations; You have strong time management skills and can manage a high volume of clients; You have access to a confidential workspace; Proficiency in French required, bilingualism is an asset.
