Our team is growing quickly, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager, Lifecycle to join us in building meaningful customer experiences through powerful communications and campaigns.
This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic lifecycle marketing with creative copywriting and messaging excellence. You will own the end-to-end execution of lifecycle initiatives while crafting compelling stories that connect with customers across every stage of their journey.
What you'll be doing:
Messaging and Communications
Write and refine clear, compelling copy for lifecycle campaigns from acquisition through engagement and retention
Adapt messaging across channels including email, in-app, push, web, and social, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive and impactful
Translate complex product and financial concepts into simple, audience-friendly narratives that inspire action
Shape Neo’s lifecycle communications playbook, helping evolve our brand voice in ways that resonate with diverse audiences
Lifecycle Strategy and Campaign Management
Own the strategy, planning, and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
Apply a test and learn mindset to creative, copy, and campaign structures, continuously optimizing to improve performance
Partner with Product, Growth, and Creative teams to align messaging with roadmaps and customer insights
Collaboration and Process
Act as the connector across teams, ensuring campaign efforts are strategically positioned, on brand, and delivered on time
Build repeatable frameworks, templates, and processes that raise the bar for lifecycle marketing
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence across the marketing team
Who we are looking for:
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, copywriting, or related roles at a fast-paced brand or agency
A storyteller at heart, able to write across formats and audiences with a proven ability to make complex concepts simple and engaging
Experience managing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns with measurable impact
Ability to balance creative ideation with analytical execution. You love words, but you also love data
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and thriving in a high growth environment
Fintech or consumer tech experience is an asset
Familiarity with UI and UX principles, SEO, and customer journey mapping is a plus
