We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee Ledcor’s growing self-perform craft labour business within our Construction group. You will lead multiple working groups delivering trade scope services across multiple project sites. The initial focus will be on supporting internal projects with deficiency close-out, with the objective of expanding to external clients. You will be accountable for building strong client and stakeholder relationships, delivering projects throughout the full lifecycle, and driving operational excellence through standardized workflows, scalable processes, and disciplined execution. Essential Responsibilities Lead and manage self-perform operations delivering construction services across multiple sites. Oversee the full project lifecycle, including client identification, estimating, scope definition, execution, and close-out. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions while managing risk and opportunities. Establish and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships to support repeat business. Manage schedules, budgets, and financial results, contributing to overall business unit performance. Drive operational excellence by standardizing workflows, reporting, and scalable processes. Ensure all safety standards are identified, implemented, and adhered to. Oversee quality standards to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Optimize technology and leverage existing systems to improve efficiency. Manage, train, and develop a high-performing, inclusive workforce. Maintain effective relationships with union representatives and collaborate with Labour Relations to ensure compliance. Provide input on business unit budgets and financial planning. Support business development through estimating, scope definition, bid preparation, and contract negotiations. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in construction operations as a Project Manager, Project Director, or Superintendent. Strong background in renovation, improvement, and residential construction projects. Proven leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams. Expertise in project planning, scheduling, estimating, procurement, risk management, and close-out. Strong quality assurance and safety focus; safety certifications considered an asset. Technical proficiency in reading drawings, specifications, and using MS Office and project/estimating tools. Excellent communication and client service skills with a track record of building lasting relationships. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
