Site Supervisor – Wood Chipping Operation - Hinton, Alberta - (One year Contract)
BC Eco Industrial Services are looking for an Experienced Supervisor to join our chipping, grinding and Log Yard operations in Hinton Alberta. Overtime pay after 8 hours.
Schedules vary depending on location of work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising and coordinating the activities of crew members engaged in debarking, sawing, cleaning, and chipping logs to make wood chips.
Operate other heavy equipment as required
Ability to travel to various job sites as required.
Ensure company policies, core values and culture are being consistently upheld.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
As a member of the BC Eco team, we expect you bring the following to the table:
Minimum 3 years experience of running a small crew
Familiarity with wood chipping operations
Mechanical aptitude and capable of performing basic daily equipment maintenance is a necessity.
Motivated self-starter with positive attitude and proven safety record.
Experience running other types of heavy equipment would be an asset.
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
Physically fit and able to walk uneven ground, chip piles and log yard locations.
Team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed.
