Hiring Unit: Desautels Faculty of Management Position Summary: This position includes two parts. Experiential Learning (EL) Student Partners will first learn how to design and develop workshops before working in pairs to design and build online workshops of their own to be published and shared in May 2026. Ideal candidates will be excited to learn and help their peers learn and grow. EL student partners will: - Attend 3 in- person workshops between November 2025 and January 2026 - Apply what they have learned to design a workshop of their own on a specific transferable skill - Create all the content for the workshop, including written content, recorded videos, interactive activities - Attend regular meetings to check in on progress and receive feedback between January and May 2026 - Provide feedback to other EL Student Partners on their workshops Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities This position is open to BCom and Master's students. No previous experience with workshop design and development required.
