Contract Quality Assurance Analyst
Mohawk Medbuy Corporation (MMC) is a national, not-for-profit, shared services organization that supports hundreds of health care providers across Canada, as well as child welfare agencies and other public sector organizations. MMC provides value-driven contracting and procurement solutions for medical/surgical supplies, pharmaceutical products, local sourcing, capital (equipment, FF&E and redevelopment) and nutrition solutions. Other services include data analytics, in-hospital support, warehousing/logistics, technology, procure-to-pay, and accounts payable.

Based in Burlington, ON, the organization also has offices in Toronto, Thunder Bay, Kingston, Brantford, London and Chatham, and a distribution centre in Oakville.
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Contract Quality Assurance Analyst to support our Strategic Sourcing team.
Position Overview
The Contract Quality Assurance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Sourcing team across all categories. This position ensures integrity, consistency, and quality of contract data within the ERP system. The analyst will lead efforts in training, process improvement, and quality control to enhance contract creation workflows and maintain high standards of data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Quality Assurance
Perform quality control check on new contracts, contract amendments, and notations for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
Ensure consistency and integrity of contract data across the ERP systems.
Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in contract documentation.
Process Improvement & Efficiency
Analyze current contract creation processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance system usability.
Training & Documentation
Develop and deliver training materials for contract management staff on ERP usage and quality standards.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure adherence to best practices.
Document comprehensive data standards and articulate the downstream implications of data requirements on integrated systems, workflows, and business operations.
Data Integrity & Compliance
Monitor contract data for compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain audit trails and documentation to support internal and external reviews.
Qualifications and Skills
Skills and Competencies
Experience with competitive public tendering processes, contract management, negotiations.
Required aptitudes include excellent communication skills, ERP and database system acumen and positive customer service attitude.
Experience in Access, or equivalent database system experience – advanced knowledge
Education, Training, and Experience
Mandatory:
Post secondary degree or diploma
2 – 3 years in Sourcing, Quality Assurance, and/or relevant project experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Experience with data analysis and ability to provide actionable intelligence based on data to provide recommendations yielding system value.
Ability to develop and document process maps and apply process improvement methodologies
Ability to interact with all levels of internal staff and external stakeholders
You should be a strong team player, strong communicator, resourceful, strong time management skills, act with integrity and with a sense of urgency.
You should possess a customer centric “mindset”.
Demonstrable experience in the Microsoft Suite
Preferred:
Knowledge of contract management & procurement legislation
Knowledge of Power BI and Smartsheets
Ability to lead multi-discipline project teams.
Experience with hands on exposure to SSO/GPO or healthcare supply chain/procurement, especially managing a competitive process, contracts and resources.
Ability to develop and conduct presentations
Travel
Ability to travel to Mohawk Medbuy offices if required.
