Students are either in-company or self-funded who need to learn a language at their office or their home for work, family or travel reasons. Some details about the course:
One of our clients would like to have online general Italian classes.
This student wishes to have classes online.
She would like to have a 153-hour course of 5 to 7 hours per lesson.
Classes should be held 3 times per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) at 9 am Ottawa , Canada time. She wants to start lessons in October.
The student's current level of Italian is Beginner. She can recognize some Italian words and she studied French 20 years ago.
Motivation to learn Italian: the student needs to reach at least a B1 level. The student needs to be able to speak with Italian counterparts. Focus mainly on speaking and listening, but also working on reading and writing.
Compensation would be USD 15 per hour.
Please note that we would give full training on the use of the software, but you should:
be comfortable teaching online
have a headset
have a webcam - THIS IS ESSENTIAL
have your own computer at home and a fast broadband connection
Ideal teacher should:
Be a native Italian speaker OR hold a teaching degree
Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
