Reporting to the Chief of Staff of the VPP and also reporting to the Senior Administrator of Finance, Strategy, Administration, and Operations. Provide administrative support to the Office of the Executive Vice-President as well as to the Rights Management and Labour Relations Office of Radio-Canada. You will be required to review confidential information. Responsibilities include: Administrative support for the Executive Vice President's office and the Rights and Business Relationship Management team. Management of complex emails, calendars, and agendas. Management of office supply inventories, equipment, and required materials, including requests for IT support as needed. Preparation of meeting documents. Travel reservations and coordination of travel expense reports. Information Steward (Document Management - Livelink): electronic filing and archiving. Invoice management and budget monitoring. Validation of general managers expense reports. Validation of pre-authorization and exemption requests requiring the signature of the EVP. Management of conference room reservations, scheduling of videoconferences, visitor reception, catering orders, etc. Organization and logistics of retreat meetings and other sector-specific meetings. Training, emails, and discussions with executive assistants. (for example, in regards to the travel policy). Responding to Access to Information Act requests, questions from administrative assistants from other departments, and proactive disclosure requests. We are looking for a candidate with the following: DCS in office technology or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of experience performing administrative tasks. Excellent knowledge of the Google environment. Excellent French and English skills (oral and written). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Show initiative. Demonstrate confidentiality. Knowledge of Workday (asset). Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
