Your Role: As lead analyst of ISC FPO, you will be responsible for all aspects of the ISC Segments financial standardization strategy, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, supporting internal controls, and providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making. This role is part of the ISC Finance team and expected to engage with ISC Segment Directors, Plant Controllers, Analysts, and Cost Accountants. The position will play a key role across the finance process areas, as we deliver optimized global processes leveraging enabling technologies. This position is expected to drive a culture of continuous improvement while executing financial processes. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and operate in a team-oriented environment and influence business partners Maintain and develop standardized financial processes supporting ISC Finance involving daily/weekly metric (KPI) reporting, month end financial reporting, and AOP and Forecast updates. Successfully leading ISC initiatives to deliver large scale operational improvements Support the team with your strong technical and financial knowledge, including understanding of internal control requirements and accounting principles as well as understanding of relevant business environment Coordinate forecast and AOP process including standardized reporting templates. Participate in finance initiatives to advance the functional standardization and modernization of processes What You’ll Bring A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. CPA or equivalent a plus Minimum of 6 years’ experience in manufacturing and supply chain finance/accounting, as well as a thorough understanding and subject matter expertise of end-to-end process management and systems Experience in the application and usage of standard work across all processes Experience working across multiple manufacturing sites and finance partners Ability to manage large amounts of data efficiently Ability to manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines Highly motivated with a proven track record of implementing change. Outstanding organization skills with demonstrated capability to standardize, influence and collaborate across regional teams and cultures Experience working with a global, diverse team in a highly fluid matrix organization Capability to help execute the business case for change, by analyzing and leveraging best practices Lean or continuous process improvement experience is preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and execution skills required Equal Employment Opportunity Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
