Locations Dayton, Ohio Markham ON, Canada (Toronto area) Remote locations will be considered for the right candidates Job Type Full-time Overview: The Software Configuration Specialist monitors and resolves problems with existing Clients as well as works to build new functionality for ongoing projects with both existing and new Clients. The desired candidate has project experience in retail banking, card issuing, merchant acquiring, and/or similar industry experience such as in the electronic payments processing space. The candidate also has a strong technical background and experience implementing and supporting enterprise software applications in complex business environments. Job Responsibilities: Create workflow automation documentation Acquire new knowledge rapidly and interpret functional and non-functional requirements quickly Troubleshoot and problem solve issues and make required changes within assigned timeframes and track within Client Servicing application Work with client specific team as well as independently of direct manager oversight Remain consistently customer-oriented and highly cognizant of the importance of customer service Implement provided customer requirements in an organized and timely fashion Job Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Prior project experience strongly recommended Demonstrated experience with issue troubleshooting and the issue resolution cycle Experience with workflow automation or business process management software a plus Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail is a must for this position.
