Vencora Business Unit: Job Summary: We are looking for a Marketing and Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of Vencora’s events, including conferences and private dinners, while contributing to marketing initiatives that drive brand growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this individual will play a critical role in elevating Vencora’s brand and enhancing the global visibility of our portfolio. Job Description: The Marketing and Events Manager is a key member of the Vencora marketing team, responsible for delivering memorable experiences, developing compelling marketing content, and helping bring the brand to life. Key Responsibilities Event Strategy & Brand Experience Lead the end-to-end planning of Vencora’s M&A events, creating experiences that strengthen the brand and drive meaningful engagement. Develop integrated event roadmaps, timelines, and budgets that align with broader marketing and brand objectives. Identify opportunities to elevate event storytelling through themes, messaging, activations, and digital engagement. Event Logistics & Execution Manage all event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor selection, A/V production, booth design, catering, travel, and on-site operations. Oversee registration systems, communications, attendee experience planning, and event success tracking. Lead on-site execution to ensure every event reflects a cohesive Vencora brand experience. Coordinate post-event debriefs, reporting, lead handoff, and performance metrics. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement Serve as the main point of contact for all event stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment. Collaborate with executives, speakers, and internal teams to create relevant, high-quality content. Build strong vendor relationships. Marketing & Creative Support Assist in creating visually compelling branded assets from collateral, presentations, social content, and promotional materials that strengthen Vencora’s brand. Graphic design and video editing projects, producing high-quality visuals, short-form videos and other multimedia content that enhance storytelling. Contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging design, messaging, and digital strategies to increase visibility and drive measurable engagement. Support content creation for email, social media, web, and thought leadership initiatives, ensuring marketing messages are consistent, on-brand, and aligned with strategic business goals. Travel Travel domestically and internationally to oversee and support events (approx. 20%). THE CANDIDATE Minimum 6 years of progressive events and marketing experience, ideally in the financial or software sectors. Required to travel internationally for key events and initiatives (approx. 20% of the time). Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, tactics, and platforms. Strong written communication skills. Experience managing events from webinars to international conferences. Graphic design experience or proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar would be considered an asset. Skilled in vendor negotiations, contract managements, and logistics troubleshooting. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously with strong attention to detail. A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
