We are looking for a committed, dynamic, and people-oriented manager to lead the new Auto Business Analysis and Quality section. At Desjardins General Insurance Group, the Auto business product—our business solution delivered through NeXT—is a strategic lever at the heart of our omnichannel transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of business analysts and business quality specialists. You will ensure alignment with best practices in these disciplines and play a central role in project execution by managing team capacity. More specifically, you will be required to: Provide guidance and support to a team composed of business analysts and business quality specialists. Develop the business analysis and quality practice within your team and support individuals in action, particularly regarding process evolution, advisory roles, and documentation. Contribute to projects and initiatives execution by planning workforce needs, assigning tasks and activities, and conducting regular follow-ups. Build a high-performing team by actively participating in recruiting new talent and ensuring their onboarding, including performance management. Implement management practices that foster change, mobility, and diversity. Specifically, contribute to executing the development and mobility plan of the administrative department.
