Job Description What is the opportunity? We’re building something new. A content marketing engine designed to help advisors, brokers, and business clients thrive in the complex world of commercial banking and insurance. And we’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who is hungry and curious and is ready to dive in, build, and make an impact. You ask the right questions, dig deeper, and chase ideas until they spark. You will develop high-quality, engaging content that drives business results, including thought leadership pieces, toolkits, event assets, and sales enablement assets. The role supports marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness, client engagement, and demonstrate world-class expertise through content – whether at events, social, client education, or acquisition campaigns. You will also support special projects to analyze content performance, improve digital experiences, and make recommendations to optimize content formats and delivery. What will you do? Collaborate with talented writers, creators, and vendors to create content that moves business forward. From thought leadership to toolkits, event assets to sales enablement, you’ll turn ideas into content that drives action. Simplify the complex. Take financial and insurance concepts and make them clear, human, and client-first. Bring structure to the abstract. You’ll be part of a newly formed team—sometimes the path won’t be obvious, and that’s where you thrive. Build strong connections. Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to uncover stories and shape content that matters. Test, measure, optimize. You’ll track impact and keep raising the bar on what great content looks like What do you need to succeed? Must-have 5+ years in content marketing, ideally with B2B financial services, insurance, or professional services experience. Proven ability to craft strategic, insight-driven content for business audiences. Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for storytelling, structure, and tone. Experience working with sales enablement or advisor/broker channels is an asset. A passion for learning and staying ahead of trends in content marketing. Working knowledge of content marketing automation and management tools Ability to be independent but collaborative. Skilled at building trust and partnerships with stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and beyond. Nice-to-have Bilingual (English/French) What’s in it for you?
