Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Travel Insurance

Responsibilities:
• Partner with internal stakeholders to craft strategic marketing campaign vision and identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Represent marketing in executive meetings by offering insights and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing tactics.
• Lead development and execution of detailed marketing plans to generate qualified leads.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns including direct mail, email, paid media, and content.
• Collaborate with business units, global teams, and external agencies to deliver go-to-market campaigns.
• Develop and implement marketing roadmaps and strategic frameworks.
• Understand target customer challenges and align marketing communications accordingly.
• Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
• Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and analyze campaign performance for optimization.
• Oversee budget planning, allocation, and reforecasting for maximum ROI.
• Coordinate media buying and partner with analytics and performance teams.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaign content and assets.
• Provide recommendations on targeting strategy, segmentation, and performance based on CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Partner with sales to enhance lead quality and conversion rates through data-driven insights.
• Support marketing contributions to RFPs and pitch content.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships and manage multiple stakeholder priorities.
What you will need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7–10+ years of marketing experience, focused on acquisition and conversion in the insurance industry.
• Proven success operating within matrix organizations.
• Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email, direct mail, social).
• Demonstrated analytical expertise and ability to work with complex data sets.
• Experience developing measurement frameworks and managing acquisition channel KPIs.
• Ability to align marketing and user acquisition strategy with broader business objectives.
• Skilled in user journey optimization and delivering tailored messaging across channels.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen and comfort with fragmented or disparate data sources.
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred to support the creation, execution, and optimization of national marketing campaigns and sales content tailored to both English- and French-speaking audiences.
• Experience in the Canadian travel agency or insurance space is preferred.
