Peak Cellars is located on a scenic 7-acre property and home to our Goldie Road vineyard. In addition to producing award-winning wines, our half-acre organic vegetable garden and two greenhouses supply fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables for our Garden Bistro. We are a passionate team of food and wine enthusiasts dedicated to excellence, sustainability, and the beauty of the Okanagan.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscaper to join our landscape team and help maintain the beauty and productivity of our grounds. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is excited to contribute to a vibrant hospitality and culinary-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain lawns by mowing, trimming, and edging
Prune and care for trees, shrubs, and perennials
Weed, mulch, and maintain garden beds and pathways
Assist with planting, soil preparation, and transplanting in both ornamental and vegetable gardens
Operate landscaping equipment such as trimmers, blowers, mowers, and small machinery
Water and fertilize as needed, including hanging baskets and planters
Support seasonal garden tasks (e.g., cleanup, leaf collection, planting rotations)
Collaborate with the Garden Bistro team to harvest and maintain edible plants and greenhouse crops
Follow all safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Previous landscaping or horticulture experience is an asset but not required
Ability to work independently and take direction from the Head Landscaper
Valid driver’s licence preferred
