Job Summary
The Core Client Applications Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the development, support, and optimization of client-facing applications, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems and third-party platforms. This role drives operational excellence, enhances user experience, and contributes to strategic technology initiatives that support organizational growth and client satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
Accountability 1: Lead Application Support and Optimization
Manage the performance and reliability of core client applications.
Coordinate with vendors like FastDox and Aryza to resolve incidents and implement improvements.
Monitor KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous enhancements.
Accountability 2: Team Leadership and Development
Supervise and mentor a team of application support specialists.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Accountability 3: Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with SLT and JMT to align application initiatives with organizational goals.
Present updates and risk mitigation strategies biweekly.
Partner with external service providers to augment the team as required.
