The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our talent team and support hiring across our global creative collective. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll help us find, attract, and hire exceptional talent across Canada, the U.S., and beyond. This role will recruit for a wide range of disciplines including Design, Development, Strategy, Media, Finance, Accounts, Production, and more, across Thinkingbox, AntiSocial, and The Heist. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every candidate has a seamless, positive experience from the first conversation to onboarding.

What You'll be Doing
Report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and support a high volume of active roles across our companies (Thinkingbox, AntiSocial, and The Heist).
Write engaging, inclusive job descriptions that reflect our brand voice and attract top talent
Source and engage candidates through creative headhunting on LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, and other platforms
Manage candidates through our ATS (Lever), from screening and scheduling to offer letters and onboarding
Coordinate interviews with hiring teams across time zones
Support offer negotiations, ensuring competitive and fair processes
Work closely with leadership and the resourcing team, who help identify hiring priorities based on utilization data and current team capacity
Help plan and attend recruitment and networking events to build our employer brand
Collaborate on new recruitment campaigns and projects aimed at building recognition (let’s win that “Best Recruitment Team” award together)
Support onboarding to ensure every new hire has a great start
What You'll Bring
1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
Familiarity with Lever or other applicant tracking systems
Proven success sourcing passive candidates and headhunting talent through LinkedIn and other creative channels
Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Passion for creating positive candidate experiences
Interest or experience in creative, advertising, or digital industries is a plus

$50,000 - $60,000 a year
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
