To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you’ll be doing As an integral member of the Frontline tools and Enablement group, reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Strategy & Execution, the Director, Frontline Campaign Management is a multifaceted leader responsible for design, development and implementation of marketing strategies, initiatives, business rules and programs across frontline distribution channels such as Banking Centres, Telephone Banking, to driving sales, ensuring campaign effectiveness, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. How You’ll Succeed Campaign Strategy - Develop and implement an effective campaign development strategy that aligns with CIBC’s business objectives and enhances frontline engagement. Conduct market analysis and gather frontline insights to identify campaign opportunities and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Product, Analytics, National Leads) to define campaign goals, target audiences, and key messaging. Develop a comprehensive campaign plan, outlining timelines, resources, channels, and success metrics. Present the campaign development strategy to executive leadership, incorporating feedback and recommendations. Leads Oversight - Ensure effective leadership, coordination, and support of National Leads to drive consistent and successful execution of frontline campaigns ensuring flawless delivery of Frontline marketing campaigns. Facilitate regular meetings and forums to share best practices, challenges, and regional insights. Monitor and assess campaign execution, providing guidance and support to address gaps or opportunities. Manage the processes to ensure compliance with procedures from inception to execution, and comply with regulatory requirements and brand standards. Gather and develop business requirements to improve the effectiveness of offers including defining new data requirements. Establish a process for ongoing review and optimization of campaign strategies based on performance data and frontline feedback. Stakeholder management - Facilitate regular meetings, briefings, and feedback sessions to encourage open dialogue and address stakeholder needs or concerns. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input for campaign development and execution, ensuring their perspectives are incorporated into planning and decision-making. Resolve conflicts or issues promptly by mediating discussions and finding mutually beneficial solutions. Document stakeholder feedback and action items, and follow up to ensure commitments are met. Who You Are You can demonstrate work 5 to 8 years of work experience in leading end-to-end campaign development within financial services, retail, or similar sectors. You can demonstrate 3 to 5 years of work experience with executive presentations on strategic plans and sharing valuable results to senior leadership and incorporating executive feedback. You can demonstrate extensive experience building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders at all organizational levels. Your influence makes a difference.
