As a financial performance and budget analyst, you help institute, update, analyze and monitor strategies and solutions related to income and expense accounting. You help track financial results, produce budget forecasts, invest in pension plans and improve financial performance. You analyze issues, support the more experienced professionals in your unit, and help prepare opinions and implementation plans in accordance with your discipline’s rules. You draw on your extensive knowledge of the sector and your ability to manage complexity to conduct research and preliminary analysis and develop initial outlines of tools and processes. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. You assist clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to: Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform management decision-making and monitor the application of management policies and practices. Conduct analysis, research and studies. Help develop and update tools and solutions related to financial analysis, budget processes and financial performance. Make recommendations Help professionals in your unit carry out activities and initiatives Help prepare and propose action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters Help develop and optimize procedures and implement tools for your line of work.
