Job Title: Financial Analyst
Job Description
The role involves calculating and analyzing dealer rebates based on marketing programs and contracts. You will be responsible for reviewing and validating new rebate requests and recommending actions, collaborating with teams across departments to manage rebates for multiple business units, providing insights and reports on rebate performance to stakeholders, identifying and implementing process improvements, preparing rebate accruals, explaining variances, and maintaining documentation and process maps.
Responsibilities

Work Environment
The position requires 37.5 working hours per week, from 8am to 4pm, with a flexible schedule and a one-hour lunch break. Initially, the role will operate on a bi-weekly schedule every Wednesday, transitioning to a hybrid model with four days in the office starting December 1st. The office is located in Oakville, Ontario. The dress code is business casual.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $10.00 - $11.00/hr.
