About the Role
Are you a results-driven marketing professional looking to make an impact in B2B SaaS? CadMakers is seeking a B2B Demand Generation Marketer to help drive growth for cmBuilder.io, our fast-growing construction-tech platform. This is an individual contributor role where you’ll take ownership of executing demand generation programs end-to-end while also helping shape priorities to ensure they generate qualified pipeline and deliver measurable results.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B demand generation professional with a proven ability to drive measurable growth, execute high-impact campaigns, and continuously optimize marketing operations. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on cmBuilder’s growth, shaping marketing automation, paid media, data-driven strategies, and RevOps processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation: 🎯 Plan, launch, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across paid and organic channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email, landing pages), with input on strategy to ensure alignment with business growth.
Positioning and Messaging: đź’ˇDevelop and refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market motions so campaigns drive measurable sales outcomes.
Paid Media Management: 📢 Set up, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns, while advising on channel mix and performance improvements.
Marketing Automation & Nurturing: 🔄 Implement and Manage HubSpot workflows, automation, and lifecycle campaigns that engage, score, and progress leads through the funnel.
RevOps & Analytics: 📊 Implement and oversee funnel analytics, lead scoring, and multi-touch attribution while managing CRM segmentation and data enrichment. Deliver reporting and insights to improve lead quality, targeting accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
A/B Testing & Continuous Improvement: đź§Ş Run structured A/B tests messaging and creatives across ads, emails, and landing pages to uncover optimization opportunities and maximize pipeline impact.
Reporting & Insights: đź§ Track and present performance, advise on marketing prioritization, and highlight opportunities to maximize ROI.
Collaboration & Alignment: 🤝 Partner with sales, product, and leadership to ensure marketing initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes.
3+ years hands-on experience in B2B SaaS demand generation (as a demand gen specialist, manager, or similar role).
Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel demand programs across paid, organic, and nurture tactics, with measurable pipeline impact.
Expertise in LinkedIn Ads (priority) and experience managing Google Ads, driving consistent MQLs and demo growth.
Strong HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub skills — building workflows, automations, and reporting to track and optimize funnel performance.
Working knowledge of RevOps and multi-touch attribution, enabling clear visibility from campaigns to revenue.
Execution-first mindset with the ability to contribute strategic input and coach teammates when needed.
Salary, Term & Working Location
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

Workplace: Hybrid position, with in-office days located at our office in Burnaby, BC
