Job Description
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Lévis, Quebec, Monday through Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Under the supervision of the manager, the Truck Mechanic supports operations by ensuring the safe and compliant inspection, maintenance, and repair of heavy vehicles and mobile equipment.
What you’re responsible for:
Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy vehicles and mobile equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective inspections according to company standards.
Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.
Perform functional tests to ensure equipment is operating properly.
Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications
To join our team:
You have a diploma in heavy vehicle mechanics or equivalent training.
You have at least 2 years of experience in heavy vehicle mechanics.
You are proficient in hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
You are comfortable using computerized diagnostic tools.
You have a valid driver's license.
You are known for your thoroughness in occupational health and safety (OHS) and compliance with established protocols.
