Position: Full-Time, Temporary (12 months) Salary: $50,000/year + 15% Bonus + Car allowance Schedule: 9am to 5 pm / Monday to Friday Description of Role: Reporting to the Healthcare Manager, the Healthcare Representative role will support our Healthcare team by visiting customer locations on a daily basis in a face to face manner. The individual is able to prioritize and plan ahead their schedule in order to meet with locations on a revolving and regular basis. The successful candidate must be able to quickly build relationships and will take pride in representing our company to enhance our overall client relationships. The majority of time in this role will be spent on the road visiting customers and acting as the go-to person for our Healthcare customer locations. Duties and Responsibilities: Support and influence customer contract compliance Support sales growth initiatives and strategies Effectively handle queries & complaints Conflict resolution to ensure that all customer issues/concerns are dealt with in a timely manner Effective team player, accountable for their individual results as well as the overall team objectives Perform other duties or projects as assigned. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience: Two or more years of customer service, inside sales and/or business experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is preferred.
