As a Product Lead, you will guide the strategy, design, and execution of a cutting-edge generative games platform, shaping the experience for creators, end users, and internal development teams. You will work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to bring AI-powered games to market. Your work will involve defining platform product strategy, enabling advanced game development, and making data-driven decisions to optimize engagement, personalization, and monetization. You will lead a senior team of developers, drive technology enablement, and influence cross-functional initiatives, ensuring the platform evolves to meet global market needs. Strong analytical skills, technical curiosity, and proactive problem-solving are essential to thrive in this dynamic role.
Accountabilities
- Develop and execute platform product and technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, design, marketing, and analytics teams to serve creators, end users, and internal stakeholders.
- Enable creators to produce, curate, and distribute content through content management systems and game engine APIs.
- Support end-user engagement by designing features that foster vibrant game communities.
- Partner with engineering teams to design and productionize technology solutions for innovative game creation.
- Use analytics to guide decisions on features, personalization, cohort optimization, and monetization strategies.
- Communicate product vision and strategy clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Operate effectively in an agile environment, identifying new opportunities and adapting to change.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Lead or similar role within social media, streaming, or gaming platforms.
- Strong background in free-to-play game development and operations, with experience in end-to-end testing frameworks and deployment pipeline optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to make informed product decisions.
- Deep understanding of platform technologies enabling personalization and live ops customization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading senior development teams and cross-functional initiatives.
