Weâre looking for a creative and experienced Events Marketing Manager to bring the Owner brand to life through high-impact events and activations. This role is all about designing memorable in-person experiences that strengthen our brand, support sales, and connect us to the independent restaurant community. From flagship events and intimate dinners to conferences and industry expos, youâll be at the forefront of how Owner shows up in the world.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. Approximately 40% of this role will involve travel to attend and support events.
đĽ The impact you will have
Develop and execute IRL field marketing events (flagship activations, trade shows, small-format dinners, and local pop-ups) that drive awareness and pipeline growth in the SMB restaurant segment.Partner closely with our sales team to design events that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deliver measurable ROI.Identify and execute innovative activation opportunities that differentiate Owner, elevate the brand experience, and authentically reflect our identity and values.Own cross-functional collaboration, ensuring events reflect brand identity while supporting demand generation, partnerships, and community-building.Design and implement comprehensive reporting that capture, analyze, and communicate the full impact of field marketing initiatives, tracking event performance, brand sentiment, attendee engagement, pipeline influence, revenue contribution, and ROI with clear visibility for leadership.Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities, constantly innovating to keep the companyâs events fresh, differentiated, and impactful.

What weâre looking for
5+ years of experience in field marketing, events marketing, or experiential marketing, ideally with high growth, fast-paced companies, or experience working in events agencies serving venture backed companies.You have experience supporting and executing events, and now youâre eager to take the next step: building an events function from the ground up. Youâre excited by the opportunity to own strategy, operations, and execution, and to prove that you can create a scalable events program from scratchHighly organized with a very strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously.Strong reporting and analytics skills: comfortable building and pulling your own reports to communicate the full impact of field marketing initiative,A builderâs mindset: you have opinions, bring ideas to the table, and design customer-centered experiences.Someone who is curious and plugged into the events world. you notice whoâs doing events well and can speak to trends and inspiration.
đ Pay and benefits
The estimated base salary range for this role is between $115,000 -$140,000 USD, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package. Other benefits include comprehensive health coverage, a remote-first workplace, unlimited PTO, and extra fun perks!
