Role Overview We are hiring a Project Manager to join our Sydney-based team supporting significant programs of work in the Capital Markets/Post-Trade securities processing space. In this role, you will serve as the primary client contact—aligning business requirements with Broadridge’s global IT delivery and implementation functions. You’ll lead multi-disciplinary projects across geographies, leveraging your strong understanding of Broadridge pricing models, cost forecasting, and program management. Your experience in financial services and technical project delivery will help ensure smooth execution of complex initiatives that deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities Providing overall leadership and control for a project or program whilst maintaining a focus on achieving results efficiently as required for both Broadridge and our client. Being the key client liaison for “change” including the development and presentation of Steering Committee papers, project plans, progress reports Owning external and internal stakeholder management ensuring clear reporting of program progress and risk/issue management Coordinating with our global product delivery groups in Japan, UK, Europe, US and India, ensuring deliveries meet overall project needs. Working closely with these teams and helping them to deliver to their obligations while providing mentorship and guidance. Managing the program to contractual and program level obligations and the management of change control to those obligations Financial, technical, and schedule reporting Ensuring the program is delivered to internal policies and controls. Your Profile 5–7 years of experience in the insurance, mutual fund, or broader financial services industry, preferably with exposure to post-trade or investment banking operations. Proven record managing complex, technology-driven change projects in financial services environments. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is highly preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and financial planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional and global teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with both agile and waterfall project methodologies. Commercial acumen with the ability to engage and communicate confidently with senior business and IT stakeholders.
