How You’ll Make an Impact Develop competitive bids that meet customer needs and align with company strategy. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions. Lead technical and financial reviews to ensure bid quality and compliance. Analyze market trends and customer requirements to optimize proposals. Collaborate with Supply Chain to identify and evaluate potential suppliers. Support sales and application engineers during customer evaluations. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the tendering process. Track tender outcomes and recommend improvements for future success. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably electrical). Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering or estimations for systems and projects. Strong knowledge of products and systems in renewables and energy storage. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
