You will
Develop a rapport with our People to promote open communication and trust
Partner with Performance Leaders to develop competitive recruitment strategies, ensuring best in class candidates are aware of opportunities at Anthem
Be a key member of the recruitment team, leveraging your full-cycle recruitment experience and best practices
Play a role on other People Team initiatives and programs targeted to all areas of the team member lifecycle, including onboarding, compensating, data management and engagement
You have
3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with the appetite and aptitude to stretch across other areas of human resources
Experience recruiting in the construction (and / or related industries) would be considered a major asset
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
Post-secondary education in a related field
Strong Microsoft Excel skills; modelling skills would be considered an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with good business acumen
Familiarity with BambooHR is an asset
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000, depending on experience
