Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Managing inbound and outbound calls with union members
Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments
Presenting benefits programs in a professional and engaging manner
Completing digital applications and required documentation accurately
Maintaining quality control and compliance standards
Participating in ongoing leadership and development training

Minimum Qualifications
Strong communication and time management skills
18 years of age or older
High school diploma (post-secondary education preferred but not required)
Prior customer service or retail experience is an asset
Comfortable using computers and video conferencing tools
