Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Sulphur Marketing Coordinator will be responsible to optimize the value of our sulphur book through strategic marketing, contract management, logistics coordination, and customer relationships in the development of both domestic and international markets. This is a key commercial role that requires a strong understanding of the North American sulphur value chain, export logistics, global fertilizer and chemical markets.

Key Accountabilities:
Manage sales contracts, term agreements, and spot market opportunities with marketing agents and customers worldwide to drive commercial success
Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with clients, transportation providers, terminal operators, and service teams
Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to position our sulphur products in key global markets
Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and global supply-demand shifts to inform strategy and seize opportunities
Work hand-in-hand with logistics, operations, and finance to ensure seamless product movement and accurate invoicing
Attend industry conferences and represent Canadian Natural on committees and working groups to elevate our sulphur profile
Track monthly sales performance and provide detailed reporting on netbacks, production, and market activity
Tackle ad-hoc tasks and coordinate all aspects of sulphur production and sales with precision and agility
What You Bring to the Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
5+ years of proven experience in sulphur marketing and sales, including WCSB and international export markets
In-depth knowledge of sulphur products, their applications, and global market dynamics
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage a complex sulphur portfolio across multiple production sites, both independently and collaboratively
Preference will be given to those with acumen in economic and netback modeling
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; willing to travel as required
