POSITION SUMMARY The Language Services Associate will learn Tag systems and work with clients and staff to support Language Services for our clients. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in related field (i.e. English, Linguistics, International Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business). A combination of education and work experience can be substituted. 1-2 years’ experience working in a business environment Bilingual (preferred but not necessary) Good customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication Good interpersonal skills Organized Must be able to work on a team as well as independently Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel) SUPERVISION Exercised: N/A Received: Project Manager, Language Services or Director, Language Services JOB RELATIONSHIPS Internal: This position works closely with the Global Language Services team, the Production Studio, Client Services and Account teams External: Vendors & Client(s) with supervision from TEs/STEs JOB DUTIES ( denotes essential function) Internal support as well as client support in the management of Language Services project(s) from start to finish Develop a good understanding of the client brand and act as a brand guardian Assist with Language Services projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Monitoring and controlling project status including creating and maintaining project trackers Maintain close contact with Client Services team who are also on the same account Ensure all client/internal deliverables are met Highlight issues before they become problems to manager, ability to know when and how to escalate Assist with invoicing & PO creation Compliance with relevant and applicable procedures Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with contract translators and copywriters globally Ensure continued learning about Tag service offerings and procedures WORKING CONDITIONS This position works in an office environment We're proud of our roots.
