The impact you'll make:
Reporting to the Sr Manager: Influencer & Partnerships, as our Manager, Earned Media, you’ll be responsible for helping to amplify stories that drive brand awareness and driving EMV. You’ll spearhead creating and maintaining relationships that maximize exposure, generate impressions, and ultimately build EMV. With a deep understanding of Saje’s target consumers and the ever-changing media landscape you’ll maintain an understanding of key media outlets and influencers who are meaningful and impact consumer behavior. You’ll also own IRL activations to build deeper connections and loyalty amongst influencers.
All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.
What you'll do:
Grow and nurture Saje’s organic advocate community by developing, implementing, and scaling influencer seeding programs that drive EMV and deepen brand advocacy, alongside the Sr. Influencer Manager.
Lead the execution of influencer seeding initiatives across core products and new launches, fostering authentic relationships that build long-term brand loyalty, visibility, and engagement.
Oversee creative development for influencer mailers, including evergreen and custom boxes, inserts, and unique brand touchpoints.
Plan, manage, and execute influencer and media events in key markets, ensuring impactful experiences that strengthen relationships and amplify brand storytelling.
Manage PR strategy within Canada, driving awareness for brand campaigns and product launches through targeted outreach and media engagement.
Cultivate strong relationships with wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and fitness editors and influencers; proactively pitch stories and secure consistent, positive editorial coverage.
Partner with the Sr. Director of Consumer Engagement to support US agency needs across influencer seeding, PR initiatives, and event activations.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly to optimize programs and demonstrate impact.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years in Influencer & PR in a B2C environment. Experience in the Wellness, Beauty, Sports, or Apparel industry is a must.
Proven experience managing and executing influencer events and using influencer campaign platforms like Grin/Aspire/Tribe.
Strong understanding of the pr and influencer landscape, with a network of influencer connections, and active relationships with key editors in the Canadian market.
Impeccable organizational skills with a resilient, positive mental attitude.
A strong ability to work cross functionally with key stakeholders to understand how brand partnerships support the wider business context and objectives, and translate them into actionable tasks and takeaways
Great negotiating skills and commercial thinking, with the ability to own contract negotiations and the ability to support contract deliverables.
Strong sense of urgency: deadlines are met, communicate issues proactively, and action items at appropriate speed.

The compensation range for this position is from $70,000 – 80,000 annually. Base pay is dependent to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Other components of our total rewards offerings include:
