Print Operator
Seeking a physically active print production role in a casual, fast-paced printing environment? This hands-on position involves bindery operations, print finishing, inventory handling, and equipment use. Responsibilities:
• Perform print and bindery tasks including envelope insertion, coil binding, folding, perfect binding, kitting, and use of hydraulic cutters and digital printers.
• Handle shipping and receiving, and maintain organized inventory.
• Provide support across client associate roles as needed, especially during peak workloads.
• Participate in cross-training initiatives and backfill as required across various functions.
• Communicate process improvement opportunities to Site Lead and Manager.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members as required.
• Operate effectively in both team and independent environments with minimal supervision.
• Maintain high quality standards and output accuracy under time constraints.
• Lift and move paper boxes and materials up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to different client environments and tasks.
What you will need to succeed:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or services delivery roles.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic setting.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and issue escalation skills.
• Must be team-oriented with a willingness to support all business functions.
• Strong desire to learn and contribute to high-quality service delivery.
