As an Associate, Talent Attraction, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of IMCO’s recruitment and onboarding processes. This role is ideal for an administrative professional with a strong background in coordination, stakeholder communication, and process management. You will work closely with the Talent Attraction team to ensure seamless execution of hiring activities and contribute to a positive experience for candidates, employees, and internal partners. Reporting to the Senior Associate, Talent Attraction, you will help deliver programs that support IMCO’s goal of being a mature asset manager by enabling our teams to attract and onboard top talent efficiently. You will interact with various levels of management, employees, guests, and external service providers, and will be a key contributor to delivering exceptional service aligned with IMCO’s brand values. As a Member of Our Team, Your Responsibilities Will Include: Supporting the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to candidate selection and background checks. Advertising vacancies across appropriate channels to maximize visibility. Coordinating interviews and assessments, including logistics and scheduling. Conducting reference checks, employment verifications, and managing background screening processes. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to background check administration. Managing time-sensitive tasks in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday. Monitoring approval workflows and ensuring timely progression of hiring stages. Generating ad-hoc reports and tracking recruitment metrics. Coordinating onboarding logistics in partnership with IT and Facilities teams. Ensuring new hires have the tools, access, and information needed for a smooth start. Creating visually intuitive reports and presentations using content provided by the Talent Attraction team. Tracking and reporting on process flows, identifying discrepancies, and recommending improvements. Supporting recruitment-related events and initiatives as an ambassador for IMCO. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties and contributing to special projects as needed. What You Need to Succeed: 5+ years of experience in general administration, office coordination, or a similar role, ideally with exposure to recruitment or HR processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint. Experience using enterprise systems such as Workday is an asset. Ability to analyze data and use sound judgment to support decision-making. A proactive, solution-oriented approach and a positive attitude.
