How will you make an impact in this role?
As a member of one of American Express’s dynamic product teams, you will handle the day-to-day management and maintenance of our Corporate Solutions products, along with their associated services, benefits and capabilities. The Senior Analyst, Corporate Solutions will help in the development and implementation of strategies and tactics that drive profitable portfolio growth for our mid-sized & large enterprise solutions, manage product roadmaps, and create and execute go-to-market delivery plans. The successful candidate will also help manage cross line of business relationships to solve problems, close gaps and drive the flawless implementation of key initiatives that further the objectives for the portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Strategy, Analytics & Portfolio Management
Support the development and execution of portfolio strategy and product line strategy including potential for new capabilities and product refresh efforts. Understand customer and competitive trends by conducting periodic customer listening, competitive and qualitative assessments and supplying commentary on findings.
Create performance and customer profile reports by analyzing key business metrics, make recommendations and implement strategic actions and solutions.
Contribute to business reviews and annual investment planning.
Support day-to-day external and internal partner relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to develop collateral enabling acquisition and customer engagement; measure performance to inform future actions.
Ensure accuracy of product communications and positioning for internal marketing teams, which also includes disclosures targeted to corporate prospects and clients and cardmembers.
Work effectively across broader Amex teams to deliver enhanced efficiencies and improve processes/services/experiences (Sales, Account Development, Servicing, Legal, Compliance, Technologies, etc.).
Monitor customer feedback and escalations.
Skills and Qualifications:
University Degree (preferably Business/Marketing) with minimum of 3 years of work experience with 2 years in product, marketing, project management or sales experience.
Knowledge of the financial services or payments industry.
Proven self-starter with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive results and champion a project from conception through implementation and evaluation.
Strong relationship skills demonstrating ability to influence stakeholders without having direct authority.
Strategic thinker, with demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and translate a broad set of information and analysis into insights.
Strong oral and written communication skills; emphasis on the creation/delivery of effective presentations.
Demonstrated multi-tasking, project management, attention to detail and prioritization skills in a demanding environment.
Proven ability to manage change and set priorities, with ability to be flexible and adapt with new opportunities.
Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
