General Purpose of Job:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s passionate about digital growth and motivated by the challenge of building high-performing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys testing new ideas, and takes pride in making a measurable impact through smart, creative marketing.
You’ll contribute to our customer acquisition efforts through strategic paid advertising across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube – helping identify and engage the right audiences with targeted messaging and landing pages. Equally important is your role in driving organic growth through engaging blog content, email campaigns, and a consistent social media presence.
This position blends analytical precision with creative execution – from refining ads and digital assets to managing content calendars and publishing thought leadership pieces. You’ll help shape a credible and consistent brand voice across all digital channels, build systems and partnerships, and create content that positions our company as a trusted industry expert and global leader in our niche markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage paid advertising strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a focus on optimizing conversion rates and ROI.
Plan, execute, and monitor A/B tests, audience targeting, and campaign performance metrics.
Manage content calendars to maintain consistent and relevant social media activity.
Coordinate organic and paid strategies to ensure efforts are aligned across the most effective platforms.
Develop email marketing campaigns and automated drip sequences.
Create and publish weekly blog articles that highlight technical insights and industry expertise.
Establish co-marketing initiatives with partners, suppliers, and industry experts — including backlink opportunities, cross-promotion campaigns, and shared visibility across relevant networks.
Collaborate on tradeshow planning, from pre-show promotion to post-show follow-up campaigns.
Support the development of marketing collateral – sell sheets, brochures, trade show backdrops, and digital assets – working with external designers as needed.
Maintain SEO best practices across all website and content initiatives.
Analyze lead funnels and conversion data, producing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube.
Experience developing and scheduling content calendars and email automations (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics 4, and Tag Manager.
Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, and landing pages.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or Zoho Marketing tools.

Physical Demands
This position may require frequent sitting, standing, walking, twisting or rotating. It may require the occasional crouching, squatting, kneeling, bending, climbing and crawling. Working in the electrical department also requires constant cervical flexion, the chin to chest movement. Maximum lifting weight can reach about 30lbs, maximum carrying weight is about 20lbs, and the maximum pushing and pulling weights can reach 100-150lbs. Constant forward reach with both arms as well as constant handling and use of the fingers/pinching are both necessary. This position also requires frequent grasping.
