The Senior Manager, Guest-Facing Restaurant Technology leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of next-generation restaurant technology platforms, with a focus on both guest-facing and operationally impactful systems. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for solutions such as self-order kiosks, digital menu boards (DMBs), drive-thru systems, and emerging in-store technologies.
This role is accountable for advancing technological innovation at Tim Hortons from concept to scale. The ideal candidate combines product leadership and hardware/software integration expertise, with a focus on driving efficiency, improving guest experience, and enabling future restaurant formats.

Role & Responsibilities
- Set vision for guest-facing technology in our restaurants, analyzing restaurant and industry data to identify trends and prioritize opportunities
- Define the product roadmap for kiosks, digital menu boards, drive-thru platforms, and emerging restaurant-facing technologies.
- Own delivery of product roadmaps, translating goals into structured product requirements for internal teams and external vendors.
- Partner with Restaurant Operations, Engineering, Design, Digital and Support teams to ensure platform usability, maintainability, and field success.
- Collaborate with Deployment teams on pilot planning, performance tracking, and post-rollout enhancements for new systems and technology features
- Lead vendor evaluations and integration efforts for new restaurant-facing technologies.
- Present results, insights and learnings from product pilots and deployment to senior stakeholders
- Monitor platform health, gather field feedback, and continuously evolve features to support new formats.
Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in QSR, restaurant, or retail technology.
- Knowledge of physical tech platforms (e.g., kiosks, DMBs, IoT, guest-facing hardware) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated in industry or management consulting.
- Demonstrated success managing roadmap delivery across internal and external partners, from idea conception to execution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (Ops, Engineering, UX, Deployment, Marketing).
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management principles.
- Strong project management, communication, and product storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A product leader with experience launching solutions that deliver business outcomes, ideally in digital ordering and payment platforms.
- Familiar with QSR, Retail, or Hospitality and fast-paced customer servicing environments
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to define priorities, evaluate performance, and inform continuous product improvement.
- Skilled in project management, overseeing complex roadmaps to balance short-term deliverables with long-term platform evolution across multiple vendors and technologies.
- Clear communicator and storyteller who articulates strategy, results, and learnings effectively to stakeholders, and aligns teams around shared goals and outcomes
