Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture or related field is an asset. Diploma in Architectural technology or equivalent is a minimum requirement. Licensed Architect or eligibility for registration in Alberta is an asset. Minimum 10 years of experience in the creation of architectural designs and construction documentation is required. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a project manager is required. Experience with Oracle ERP systems and PoC revenue recognition is an asset. Familiarity and experience with various project delivery methods. Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills. Experience leading a team for production of design and construction documentation. Proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred. Rendering software such as Enscape is preferred. Presentation software such as Adobe in design is an asset. Knowledge of Alberta Building Code and Canadian Building Systems is expected. Able to work under pressure to complete work and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and relationship building skills with an ability to direct junior staff to produce presentation, design, and construction documents. Ability to develop and test architectural solutions at various scales.
