What are your contributions to the team?
Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver business solutions on time and within budget.
Analyze current business processes and develop new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Design and propose solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic goals.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project performance and report on progress, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.
Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
How to thrive in this role?
You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, project management or a related field.
You have minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis and project management.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and develop effective solutions.
You have proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
You are an expert in process analysis and development to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
You have excellent English verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members (French and/or Spanish are an asset);
You are familiar with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, MS O365 tools).
You have the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
You are flexible to adapt to changing business needs and priorities; your creativity activates in ambiguous situations
You have a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables.
You have experience in the aerospace or other manufacturing industry, including familiarity with manufacturing processes, adult learning theories and regulatory requirements
